Such a great experience! We had 3 small children in our group that really loved the pontoon. Staff was super friendly and was very informative about everything about the rental. We will be renting again next season.

The crew at Shark Cove Marina are GREAT. Jeff was helpful and focused on customer service. Their equipment is well maintained. Having rented from them for years, we once again enjoyed a beautiful day on the bay!

Rented a pontoon boat. Very friendly staff, gave us what we needed to have a great time out on the water. The reason behind the rating is their lack of maintenance of the boat. The gas gauge didn't work, the seats were really worn, the canopy was ripped/torn in places and part of the frame for the canopy was broken and duct-taped/electrical-taped to the boat but still came apart, at times flexing so much i thought the rest could collapse and break. The one seat at the front kept rocking out of place with the boat as well. Besides those items, the canopy did provide good shade, the boat functioned as expected, the motor was adequate.

Rented pontoon boat that was old and worn down but fine for the day. When I returned they charged me a $90 fee to recondition blades on the motor that they kept saying was brand new and had chips in it. Pretty sure I would have noticed if I ran it up on something. Extremely smug about it also and basically were calling me a liar.nUPDATE: When I took it out no one stated to me that it was brand new. The fact that I said there are shallow spots is because I knew it was low tide and that in no way is an indictment of my travels. You can easily see where it is shallow and I specifically avoided these spots. It would have been extremely obvious to me if I had been in a situation where I bottomed out and I did not. Im sure you are also well aware that the condition of the boat from what you could see was not very good either. I will NEVER rent from you again and will specifically share my experience with colleagues and friends. If I knew I damaged anything I would have happily taken care of it. I also pride myself on honesty and integrity and this whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth.
