We have found the staff at Coldwell Banker Resort Realty to be fantastic. We booked a vacation home for the first week of August 2020 back in December. In January, we became aware of a previously unknown commitment for the same time period and we needed to change our vacation week. Our sales representative, Bill Mantyla, responded to my email plea for help within minutes and was able to accommodate our change. It brought great relief to me and my family - we've not had a full 7 day vacation in a long time and it would have been incredibly disappointing if we could not make this work. THANK YOU BILL AND COLDWELL BANKER RESORT REALTY!!!!!!
We booked online. Every step of the process from calling in to getting the e-contract signed, to checking in and out was beyond easy and everyone was super friendly. Would book with them again. Great experience. The storm door in front door if rental got jammed due to the wind closing it with some force, and they were quick to rectify the situation. Great group of people operating this office.
