Joe Maggio Realty began managing our rental property in Bethany last year and we've had a great experience. The Bethany team is communicative and responsive, has a great knowledge of the local market and has helped manage repairs while we were out of town and couldn't take care of it ourselves. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for a management company or to rent a place in Bethany.

Hello, I am writing about the wonderful rental team at Joe Maggio Realty. Specifically Brittany McCunney and Mary Lou Elrod. We purchased a townhome at Plantation Lakes for a rental investment. Since I have a rental background we attempted to rent it out ourselves with no luck. Being new to the Delmarva area we were given their info from our Realtor and friend, David Wallace, (also with Joe Maggio). Within 2 days of signing up with them we had a qualified tenant! These girls were professional, answered my many emails and phone calls promptly, and made this whole transaction very smooth! I highly recommend this team!nThank you.
