Making sure you are still the most important thing
I went in tonight to get Tylenol for a sick child at home. I waited at the counter to check out without seeing one associate at the counter...until one came out from a closed door behind the counter he preceded to ask if I needed to check out I said yes and he walked away! A foreign lady came in and asked the other associate for stamps he then helped her right in front of me. I can not believe people that are at work can't even do their jobs. People are out here and can't have a job and would love yours...your not getting paid to sit there and drink your water while people are ready to check out. Customer service is horrible here. I'd rather drive 5 more miles down the street then come here again.
I really like this CVS. I get greeted every time I walk in and my prescriptions are filled super quick.
Employees here very slow, and not very helpful. Smaller selection than other CVS's.
