Was annoyed that I went to the Rehoboth store for an inspection and cleaning since I have to every 6 months and I had to call and schedule an appointment?! They said they were booked all week and schedule them every half hour, like seriously it takes 5 min! I’m not driving through this beach traffic again. Never would have thought I needed to call ahead for that and don’t care that it’s because of COVID!

Had a terrible experience at Kay in RehobothnI had to come to the store 4 times before they finally got the order right. In the end, the rings still were not polished well.nThe first time, I got the rings that looked nothing like the ones on the display; they were square-ish in shape, not polished at all and felt awkward on the finger. (REALLY POOR JOB) The rings also didn’t have a marking on them saying the karat weight. When I came to the store again, David King, who initially assisted me in ordering the rings, reordered the rings but when they came in, they were badly polished and still had no karat marking. I’m highly disappointed with my experience and poor customer service. I will not shop there again or recommend this store to anyone.

My boyfriend bought me a necklace from Kay in Lewes De and it broke it’s supposed have a lifetime warranty well apparently it doesn’t.. First one lady tells me one thing in the storenThen a gentleman tells me a completely different thing that it’s covered. Definitely not a Satisfied customer and our Kay’s Credit card will be canceled. Will not be shopping there ever again. Their customer service is bad very short and unfriendly makes you feel like a bother to them. I do not recommend this place
