Their charm choices allow someone to buy a present that actually is meaningful for the recipient's life. I purchased a 40 charm for my friend who just retired with 40 years of service. I hope she will love it.

I came into the Pandora outlet to buy my wife and daughter bracelets and earrings for Christmas presents.I was totally clueless about Pandora Jewelry, but the sales associate Robin was my Christmas savior because she took time to explain all the necessary details to me. She went above and beyond anything I could have expected, especially since the store was overly crowded at the time! She found me exactly the right jewelry for them. She was extremely knowledgeable of the entire Pandora product line. I left as a very happy customer, and I hope that the next time I come to the store that Robin is working, because she is my goto gal!

When I go to Rehoboth Beach for shopping and in the Summer to enjoy the Beach, I always stop in to see what deals they have and I always have Dorothea assist me if she's not there I will wait for the day that she will be there. Dorothea provides exceptional & excellent customer Service,she always provides excellent recommendations.
