It is a delight to shop at Elegant Slumming! Over the year's Philip has always suggested the perfect gift for loved ones. Today I left with a smile because once again he helped me select the perfect gift for my son and husband. He always goes over and beyond with customer service. He stands behind his jewelry and is always available to make suggestions around what's new in the market. I left today with two beautiful watch cases for Christmas. Because he knows all our family members I always feel like I have my own personal shopper!! His price points are incredible and his staff is always available to wrap my gifts with beautiful red boxes and gold bows!! Gift giving is easy with Philip!!!
Elegant Slumming is not just a jewelry store; it’s like a museum exhibition of the best and most beautiful artistic designs of jewelry. The back room of glass cases has gorgeous designer pieces. Most of the store has unusually beautiful creations from various artists around the globe. They have an amazing display of Shinola watches (I bought 2). The staff (Carol, Bill, Mark and Philip) are so knowledgeable, friendly and extremely accommodating. Their customer service is unbeatable. They go out of their way to please all of their clientele. I discovered this store in 2004 and is my go-to for everything jewelry!nRita C
We had a wonderful time shopping at elegant slumming Sunday. We happened upon this very nice store by chance and it was an encounter we will remember for many years. The staff and owner were very pleasant to deal with, and the selection of jewelry was top notch. We left with a beautiful ring my wife will cherish.
I recently had my ring re-designed at elegant slumming.Philip ,Mark , and Bill are extremely professional and knowledgeable.nPhilip had promised me that my ring would be ready for my anniversary ,and when the jeweler in Philadelphia didn’t mail it in time ,he drove all the way to Christiana mall and back to get it for me from the jewelers wife!nMy ring turned out even more spectacular than I had anticipated ,and I have this team to thank for it !I can’t recommend them highly enough!!!
I only buy my jewelry at Elegant Slumming. I love the designers they carry and the staff is wonderful. I have been shopping there for a number of years and I highly recommend them.
