We have shopped here for years and when I want or need this is where we go .Great people and Great customer service.I bought my husband's Gold chain and bracelet to match there years ago.we have never had a problem with them other than he has wore it out and it's time for another one.

Purchased a gold chain and Celtic cross totaling over $400. 10 months later the chain broke. We had it fixed at a local jeweler, that same week it broke again in a different place. We took it back to A Touch Of Class and they did repair it again. However, no mention of returning or replacing. Only tried to sell us something more. Prices change constantly. I was so disappointed! This was a gift for my husbands 60th birthday. The gentleman immediately went to work on our repair. But the woman only made it clear that she would do nothing but try to sell us a more expensive chain that would last longer. I expected the chain I bought to last! I’ll never go there again!
