The lines were ok but still a 45 minute wait for an ID card. The employees were really nice and the area was very clean. The covid-19 procedures were posted and clearly visible. All employees were following the covid-19 restrictions. All in all very good, the wait was not too bad.
The folks that work at this MVD office are wonderful. Even with Covid policies in place, they were able to help us take care of several transactions (none of which were simple). Awesome!
The Department of Motor Vehicles has gotten Worse! They won't help anyone with out an appointment, and then when you do make an appointment, they tell you, You'll have to make another appointment. Turning people away at the door for even simple requests like transfering a Title. What a Joke. It's no wonder folks have always hated going to the Department of Motor Vehicles. Thank God for the folks at Desert Title Motor Vehicle Services, in and out in 10 minutes! Great service and friendly folks. The Department of Motor Vehicles should be ashamed of themselves, the third party titles agencies do a better job, and with better people too!
They are not grouchy they’re just state employees. If you don’t have an appointment you’ll be publicly ridiculed mocked and maybe have fruit thrown at you
