Overall service was good but the side proportions (for a 12 piece meal for 4) only filled up 1/2 or less of the bowl (hardly served 2). When you pay $30.99 for a meal you should get enough that each person has at least 1 portion. Clearly this establishment is looking to undercut its customers through vastly reduced side portion sizes.

I was at New Castle Famers Market on church shopping trip on November 7th 2020 finished shopping and wanted to enjoy some KFC chicken. Little did I know and expect that the dining area would be closed still because of pandemic so I stood in drive-through line for what seemed like forever finally placing my order returning to Flea Market to consume my meal. The food was as expected pretty good still however if we ever return to New Castle farmers market I won't return back to the KFC location.
I absolutely love kfc but this one right here I will never go to again. I went there a few months ago and had the worst experience ever. They were extremely rude and the manager that was on duty that evening tried to keep my receipt so I couldn't call and complain. I still ended up calling the 800 number and got a response from the manager that was there the next day and was told they were going to replace it just now went back up there and they now are refusing to replace it at the store. Will never and i mean never will go there again and I suggest that anyone who wants good service with no attitude not go there either.
This KFC in New Castle, DE. In the Farmer's Market shopping Center is so slow in the Drive-thru, you better not be on a lunch break going to get food. because the whole time you will be waiting to order. Damn.
