Not good at all. No stars they don't deserve stars
Incredibly slow service. make you wait in line even if you placed an online order - what even is the point of making an online order then? Half the time they're sold out of menu items anyway. It doesn't help that the employee (managers especially) are incredibly rude.
Last week I went to this Burger King after 10:00 p.m... The drive-thru line was very long. After about 10 minutes I had only moved up a few spots and decided not to continue and left the line. Today at about 6:00 p.m. I was in line a very very long time again. I only ordered an ice cream cone and the girl put it in a cup initially and that was not what I asked for. Another girl took an ice cream cone turned it upside down and put it down in the cup. I was okay with that and told her that was a good idea. I said it was a very good idea. It made her happy and she was bragging to her friend but I said it was a great idea. So I waited too long but at least I made somebody's day. There are two Burger Kings within a mile of each other and one of them needs to close so they can afford to hire more people. It will be much much more efficient and save them money. Good luck Burger King You may or may not be able to afford it but you should try to copy what Chick-fil-A does with their customer service.
Absolutely disgusting. They clearly microwaved the burger in the wrapper. It was unreasonably hot, cheese all over the wrapper, with the bun drenched in grease. Tried taking 1 bite because I was hungry and couldn't go back or stop elsewhere due to time, but there was no way I could eat it. To be fair, the fries were actually good. But the level of gross that the burger was, was unbelievable.
Went through the drive through and will definitely not be going back. My milkshake was like soup and the fries were cold. The lady was more worried about her looks and fake lashes. Nasty attitude for someone in customer service.
