A nice woman came over to me as she saw me looking around. She asked if I needed any help and appointed Mr. Lee to help me find moto boots for my son’s birthday. Mr. Lee, worked tirelessly to find my baby his boots at another store because they did not have his size. He also made sure I did not pay a ton of money for overnight shipping. Mr. Lee, thank you so much. My son will be going to the peewee track for his birthday and these boots will complete his ride. He will be ecstatic! Again, thank you! Customer service at its finest.
This business has built a community. The monthly bike nights are always a good time. The. contests and raffles are always legit and fair. But this is first and foremost a motorcycle shop...and a good one! Always a good selection of new and used bikes on the floor. Parts, Service, and Customer Service are what they do best. Every year they pick my bike up, perform whatever maintenance is necessary...if it’s due for tires, they provide me options...they keep my bike in top running condition.
