Poor customer service, Better off finding a mechanic on the street
Went to get an oil change and the lady who did it barely said one word to me. She didn’t ask me any of the general questions your normally asked about your car when you get an oil change and she kept disappearing. Also didn’t had to ask for a sticker at the end to see when my next oil change would be because she didn’t give me one.
I love this place I go get oil changed almost every 2 weeks because I use alot of miles on my car. Last week I went wasn't paying attention and almost drove down in the hole. But one of the technicians named Troy made sure I got out safely and proceeded to give me a great oil change after making sure I and everyone else was safe..He is amazing..I enjoy going there. James and Luis arenalways smiling and are extremely friendly. They get me in and out.
I will say service was pretty quick, guy in training completed oil change. I’m not sure how they changed the filter I never seen anyone go under the car and car was not lifted in the air at all. Was told that I needed license plate lights changed ($15 each). Was told that they added washer fluid, yet container is still empty. No sticker to remind me when to change oil next and I had to ask when to change and store in phone. Customer service could be better! Okay place I guess if you are rushed for time like I was. But for $ 44.99 for conventional oil Change on a economy car I would expect at least better service! This place is more into being quick then quality I feel.
