I recently purchased Acura MDX from Hertrich Acura, DE & Christi really helped smooth out things for me. She took us to the test drive & explained all the features patiently so that I get comfortable with the car. She also helped in completing all the paperwork formalities smoothly & configured all the settings of my car as per my choice. Even after the sales was done, she patiently answered all my questions over the text messages to my satisfaction. It was a pleasure dealing with her during my car purchase process & she has really made things go easy. Well done Christi!

I had another great buying experience at Hertrich Acura! My salesman, Lorenzo, is the absolute best. There is no pressure and he is very honest and helpful. Hertrich makes buying a vehicle so incredibly easy. I'll be back in 3 years when my lease is up and I look forward to working with Lorenzo a third time!

I walked into Hertrich Acura with the intention of getting an SUV for my family. I wasn’t sure which model I wanted and this is when I was helped by Christi. She wasted no time in getting me a test drive and helped me decide on one SUV over the other based on my needs. After my credit report, we negotiated and she was helpful in getting me the most in incentives. All in all, she was very professional and made me feel comfortable through the whole car buying experience.

WOW!!! I just started my search and was pleasantly surprised at the selection and price at Hertrich. I called and spoke to Oeut (Ooot). What a great salesperson. She asked the right questions and listened to my concerns. She gave me options and made my experience wonderful. Their prices are competitive and was worth me driving an hour to get there. She showed me the electronics and how to set them up. (...other salespeople in the past didn't know enough to help me at the time of the sale). Do yourself a favor and go to Hertrich and ask for Oeut.

Awesome professionalism, no pressure enviroment to purchase a vehicle. My sales associate (Christi Applegarth) was amazing, not just as a sales associate but as a person in general. She made a way for my car buying experience to be pleasurable. Where there wasn't a way she made a way. She will definitely work for her clients. I found the dealership to be clean......covid complaint, well organized and accommodating. My experience from the test drive to the finance officer was great. If your in the market for a car, Hertrich Acura should be your next stop. Ask for Christi she will look out for you!
