Price Toyota

For over 2 years I have been having issues with the electric diver seat iin my Toyota Sienna.The design of the seat is awful. The trim fell off. Tod that it was cosmetic and no issue. Had it put on. Lasted days. Replaced again.. Broke paid nearly $200 to have that replaced. Third piece broke and stopped working at all. Two pieces of trim replaced under warranty, paid nearly $1000 for new electric seat ;mechanism and all trim to be replaced. Trim loose before I got home. Had it put back on. 3 days later mechanism not working - stranded for 3 hours. The said a fuse blew. replaced under warranty. Four weeks later trim loose again. Five weeks from fuse installation stranded again - mechanism not working again. ?rim they said was no issue sliced wiring harness so no power. Replaced wiring harness and they now say that they have changed the factory configuration for the connections of the wiring and trim and , hopefully, the trim will not come loose again. Jared was very helpful, but the first time I was stranded no one spoke with me for 3 hours form my initial call - told to wait in case someone would come out to assess the situation. I finally had the car towed to Price and they found the fuse issue the next day. I am less than happy with some of my experience with this issue, but when I was stranded the second time they were very helpful and hopefully they have fixed the issue. I have been told that if the trim comes off or the seat motor stops I am to just drive in and they will look at the car. So I h=am very happy with my most recent experience

My experience at Price Toyota. I made an appointment for regular maintenance, and as soon as I parked my car the agent advised me to stay in the vehicle and she'll be right over to give me instructions, she explained to me that the service would take approximately two hours, and that the mechanic who would be working on my vehicle would sanitize the vehicle before and after the work had been completed. I waited for about an hour and a half before my name was called to complete the paperwork. The agent was very professional and friendly. JD was awesome (as usual!!). Always the best service and a great value. The techs look over all the major stuff and I always feel like the car is ready for anything when I leave.

July of 2020 I took my car to be serviced. I’d started having issues despite, it not being time for maintenance. I brought the car into be diagnosed and maintenance since it would be due for maintenance based on mileage soon. I was told and received an invoice/service needed. It outlined dirty filters, battery build up and tire in need of replacing. The total service recommended all new tires and was slated to cost upward of $700. I opted to get the lesser service and shop around for tires. I picked up my car which was still shaky and read the paperwork indicating my wheel was raptured and in need of immediate attention with possibility of exploding. I immediately took it back and asked why they didn’t say that and at least extend the courtesy of putting my spare of which was recommended until tire was replaced. They changed the tire and I went on my angry with the service. After all, I bought my car from them and have been faithful in only bringing my car to them for routine maintenance like clockwork as recommended by them. To make things worst about 2 months later I went to renew my tags and almost failed because my windshield wipers were “about to fall off” in terrible shape. Honestly, this made me really disappointed. Why would they not point that out? Offer to change it? I know a cost would’ve been associated. Now my headlines are extremely dull. I may have just expected too much of them but I thought they would take care of me and my car since I bought the car from them and religiously brought it in for service but that was not the cause. I am now in a hard spot attempting to find a new Toyota dealership or certified shop to maintain my Toyota properly. Really disappointing experience to add to an already rough year.nnForgive the delayed post but 2020 has been a year.

I took my car in for a recall repair. Dacia was my service attendant. She was quick, efficient and very pleasant. She had everything ready for me as I needed a rental while my car was serviced. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. I would recommend Price Toyota to anyone searching for a car.
