Untrained staff, everyone requires a different file. You must prepare far more documents than they actually need. Today is my third time here and I still don't get what I need.nBefore I came, I asked the DMV about the documents I needed via email, and they told me I just need two files.nWhen I came for the first time, I was told that a third document was needed.nWhen I came for the second time, they told me that they didn't need the third document they had previously requested but wanted the fourth.nI contacted DMV via email again and they assured me that only two files are needed.nWhen I came today, for the third time, they told me that the fourth document was unnecessary, and they asked for the third document again which I didn't carry it today because they said they don't need it last time.nNightmare Experience
Very helpful staff. Lately, I went to do my title duplicate and other two transactions within 2 weeks timeframe. I was treated so politely and the staff are professionals, they know what they are doing. Had good experience and I hope it will go well at the time I go for inspection.
Mr. Brent is the King of DMV personel . He is informative, wise and helpful . He is straightforward and understand your question immediately. If you are in his line you are lucky.

Literally the worst experience of my life. All I needed was a tint waiver signed by the courts and I had to make 15 trips between inspection line, drive thru window, and walk up. No one wanted to sign it meanwhile I drove around for 6 days with expired t-tags. Learn the freaking protocol people .. you all look miserable as hell. So disgusted by these people
