I cannot praise and thank Daria and Alex enough! I visited them for a nagging shoulder blade stiffness and left with relief from that PLUS optimized training AND elevated performance in my workouts! The amount of knowledge, preparedness, and thorough instruction they give is amazing. If ever I sustain an injury they will be THE first people I come to!

My session at NXT LVL Therapy was awesome! I am so thankful they were able to diagnose, treat, and come up with some actionable improvements to get me performing certain movements pain free. I also learned a lot about how my body operates and things to look out for in other areas. Highly recommend them!

I wholeheartedly recommend NXT LVL Therapy for any rehab, mobilty, and wellness progress. I first worked with this. company about a year ago when I was having trouble with a shoulder injury I incurred during a deployment. After spending about month with Alex, my overhead strength improved from a 165lb ro 245lb squat snatch.nThis was only possibly through patience and diligence.nI am looking forward to working with this firm in the furture.

I just want to let everyone know I have gone to many physical therapist in the past but by far Daria knows exactly what she is doing and talking about. The whole experience has been so great and extremely helpful. I came to her with a locked knee and she got it moving and now working on getting my strength back before I have my knee replaced for a faster recovery. I would tell anyone and everyone to use them, as a dance instructor I am a huge believer now in this process. Thank you for getting feeling normal again and now I am not worried about my knee replacement I am actually looking forward to it.

Alex and Daria are top class! They amazed me how knowledgeable they were with my injuries and how they effected my body. They gave me the tools and resources I needed to heal me back to full strength. The best part was they were conveniently located at my gym!!
