Pivot on Brandywine is an excellent facility. It is spotlss and everyone wears a mask All equipment is constantly cleaned.nThe Physical therapists spend individual time with me to ensure Ido the exercises correctly and explain the overall plan very clearly. I have only just started PT two weeks ago and am very hopefully they will get me back to improved physical health. I recommend them to any who need PT.

The staff at Pivot are very knowledgeable, caring and pleasant. The equipment is spaced sufficiently apart so you don't feel on top of other clients.

Scott did a great job getting to the root of my back pain (literally) and helping to alleviate it and get me off pain medication (which really wasn't working anyway). As others have mentioned about other Pivot locations, the billing can be a bit messed up or at least out of sync especially for people who have a PERCENTAGE rather than a flat copay, but in the end, it all worked out.
