What does the big lady in the back do besides eat?nShe couldnt manage to even get out of her chair to get her own paperwork.nThe women in the front were so amazing and personable. And the patience between dealing with me and helping the obese lady in the back was superb. I reccomend this place to others!
PennDOT made a title transfer more difficult than it had to be. But, Christina, Melissa, and everybody at the store did a good job getting to the bottom of the issue. Highly recommend!
Walked in with only a half hour until closing time with 2 vehicles to transfer and register. I arrived before the seller and michelle started the paperwork right away. She was new but did an amazing job of getting things squared away. Will be bringing all paperwork here from now on
They titled my RV as a truck now my registration is $345.00 a year instead of $75.00 When I called Harrisburg they said it was titled wrong and when I call the tag store they said there is nothing they can do. Don't waste your time going here for service they don't know what they're doing and if they make a mistake you'll hear it's not our fault. There are places that know what they're doing right down the street. WORST SERVICE EVER.
