I had underestimated the size of the job, but this did not present a problem to the tech who finished the clean, working extremely efficiently around staff who could not leave; removing the 'immovable' stains off the carpet; following our very particular requirements; and being very professional and personable.
K & E Cleaning Pros arrived to do the cleaning. They sent a equally professional, courteous, and thorough cleaner. The carpet turned out great and everything went well with the warranty return ... just as they said it would.
