I'm giving this store 3 stars, but only because the jewelry that I purchased was perfect and affordable. But if I had to rate off of costumer service, they would get a 0. I've never dealt with such rude people in this store than I have recently. This location use to be a great place to shop, and I have been coming here for going on 20 years. I will continue to use Kay, but I will never come back to this location. The worst part, the manager was the one with the biggest attitude.

I purchased a necklace and earrings for my wife for Christmas. I met Kate, Susan Emily and Nick.nnWhen I tell you that everyone that works here shows excellent customer service.nnI will be coming back here to get me a watch and a ring.

Excellent customer service. The people there are great. Kate was always prompt in following up with me on my special order. If I could a higher rating than the maximum, I would. This is definitely a place I recommend shopping.
