We love Lori at the Concord Mall, Wilmington DE. Zales location! She’s so friendly and very patient and knowledgeable! We will always shop there and ask for her!!! Lori is GREAT!!!!

This Zales is terrible! I order a ring in September and was told at purchase it could be resized. Month later it arrives and is sent to be resized. Anothet month later and it cant be resized! The sales rep said she'd look into getting the ring made at the right size. She hasnt called me about it and no that works there seems to pick up the phone! Save your money and just go somewhere else.

We had the best experience in here today. Went to 5 jewelry stores before this one and they were not very helpful. My wife is very particular and knows what she wants. We went in with a budget and my wife's mind and they worked with us to find the perfect diamond ring for her for Christmas. They had a great sale for Christmas unlike some of the other jewelry stores. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped us because she was amazing. I would go back here for every piece of jewelry I ever buy.

Did my diamond bond inspection and a week later my $3000 necklace is broken and a back to my $1500 earrings came off. Tried calling numerous times and they NEVER answer the freaking phone. And don't even get me started on the one manager there... she's so rude to me every time I'm there that I wish my husband went to a different jewelry store
