Went to this location (closest to JCPenney) in Christiana mall, and had amazing service by Steve!! I went in wanting a couple pairs of polarized sunglasses and he helped me find all the ones that were polarized and explained the deals they had which was great. Right before I went to this location I went to the other location in the mall and walked out because the sales rep was not helpful at all. I asked about where polarized would be in the first location I went and he just said “they’re all mixed in, so you have to look at the labels” and didn’t explain anything to me about deals or how “the P on the glasses means polarized but some of them don’t have that so you would have to look at the label.” Like Steve explained to me and also just wanted very helpful or friendly. Because of this the guy at the first store lost a sale and Steve gained a sale!! Will definitely go to this location again.

Found a great pair of Maui Jim. Asked for a new pair of sunglasses, they didn’t have.nSuddenly magically they found a pair in a bag (with scratches). They just quickly replaced the the show model.nHow low can you get..... I would never trust them, buy from somewhere else.

They offer a decent selection and the employees are top notch. They offered to go to their other location to get me a pair of sunglasses that I wanted.

I bought a pair of Ray bans. The lady working there was really helpful. She was able to narrow down want I wanted and recommend a pair of sunglasses that I ended up purchasing.

Had a wonderful shopping experience here. Minni was so helpful and very nice and personable. If you're looking for a great pair of glasses from a kind sales person, this is the place! AND NO, I am not related and this is not my store, LOL! I did; however, consider asking her to fill out an application to work for me! I hope her boss takes good care of her or else I'll come snag her up! =P
