Had my first infusion at Biotek today -- what a wonderful experience. Tracy did a great job inserting the IV -- I didn't even feel it (I had to look to see if she was done). The team was very friendly and caring from the first phone conversation to schedule the appointment, to receiving the infusion and then scheduling my next appointment in six months.nnI highly recommend this infusion center.

They Have No Loyalty To There Patients. They Are The Worst .nThank God I Don't Have To Deal With There Company Anymore....

After being with Bio Tek from the beginning my daughter has been receiving IV antibiotics, port care and hemophiliac drug. My daughter changed her insurance company to insure continued service via the owners personal request. She has been receiving care through them since January 2019. I notified them today that two of her IV med balls were leaking and they would need replaced. Barbara informed me the company was going in a DIFFERENT DIRECTION and today was her LAST delivery. She’s been receiving these services for three (3) months. Needless to say I was shocked, no phone call, no letter NOTHING!!! If you expect loyalty there is NONE to be had at this company.nnThe owner should have sent a letter to my daughter or when she came back in January he should have been honest, but HONOR does not seem to be his forte. It has been shocking and appalling but my daughter feels betrayed because she feels he can just throw people away without considering their feelings or health.nnWhen a patient has trust in the owner and company and he shows no remorse of any kind for the patient. It shows he places no value on her life and health.

Very hospitable, warm and welcoming. Makes you feel welcome from the time you set foot inside. Secure location and quiet.
