Called to report that my apartment complex was taping over the smoke detectors. Woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and said this wasn't a violation. Yeah okay, just got off the phone with the fire department and they said this absolutely is a violation and a safety hazard. Call the police or fire department if you actually want a concern addressed.

The lady I spoke with today came of very rude like she was being bothered very short spoken and i didn't appreciate the way she spoke with me today I spoke with her before a few months ago and I didn't have this attitude when I was having a property issue and that officer that rides around checking property out long story short he was just as bad when speaking with him but I'm not going to get into it because he was wrong
