The quarantine process is very frustrating! I had 15 movies to pickup and I was only allowed 6 because the ones I returned have been on quarantine for 2 days Now and they still show on my account as being checked out. Me telling her I already returned them made no difference. by the time they get them out of the quarantine my holds will expire.
Book deposit box and a bike ring! Perfect bike ride up the industrial trail into Old New Castle
The woman at the childrens desk/ printer help was very rude. And made me pay for my printing agian. I will never go to this libary agian.
I love this library. It is small, clean, quiet and has a good variety of books, movies, and more! I enjoy coming to Old New Castle area as I live pretty close by and can always leave here and then enjoy Battery Park!
I agree with the young lady, the atmosphere is good for studying. Clean, the employees a nice and helpful. Battery Park just right down the street, a nice area to clear your head. And open on Fridays, almost a forgotten place since living in the city.
