Invicta Store at Christiana Mall

Every watch I purchased from Invicta and other outlets stolen. So one I had for years that I purchased online I took to this store to have links taken out. I was treated as if I stole the watch and made to find the online receipt. When other customers without receipts walked up and were immediately able to receive service without questions. This has happened more than once, more than twice too many times. To have purchased both men's and women's watches over a 10 year period. Sad to have to give this review it should be taken as an privilege someone chooses to wear your product. The compliments I receive on my Invicta's guarantee you sales. Invicta is the most stellar time piece made in this generation. I will continue to utilize the Brand. But not this Service Center. I deserve better customer service. ~forever Invicta ~

Mike, who helped me out, assisted me with my first Invicta experience. I have a bit of watches in my collection and was looking to add at least one Invicta, but I ended up leaving with two. I was picky, took my time, and asked a lot of questions on just about everything. Mike, was able to answer all of them, and he knew a lot on Invicta and watches in general. So, thanks to Mike!

Michael was great at informing about my watches. Helping me and my wife pick out watches. Which we were being very picky yet he provided everything we were looking for.and we left there with 6 watches that we really wanted. Oh also during our 2stay he was training someone who also was very helpful!!!
