I just want people to know what they are getting when using Geico:n8/8 – Put in claim (car needed two new rims due to hitting an object in the road).n8/9 – Spoke to adjuster & set up rental car for 5 daysn8/17 – Called to check on status & told that key to my car was missing (adjuster had not spoken with shop until that point)…put in a 2nd claim for keyn8/28 – Got an email that car was being towed to Nissan for repairs (20 days after claim)n9/3 – Call from Enterprise that since adjuster didn’t follow up on rental, my credit card was charged $607n9/5 – Car finally completed but I had to pay full amount because Geico couldn’t get them a check in time.n9/11 – Still not reimbursed for anything from Geico and out $357 for car rental because Enterprise told me that with Geico’s claims, the insurance isn’t transferable so I had to pay 28 days of additional insurance.nMoral of the story, Geico might be cheaper until you have a claim. Nearly a month to get 2 rims and a new key for my car.

I did a quote online and received a call the next day from the agent. While GEICO gave me a quote almost for more than twice the amount I am currently paying and I have better coverage amounts than GEICO was offering the agent was nice and understood why i would not be switching. Despite what they claim GEICO did not save me 15% but wanted to charge me almost 75% more then my current Insurance Co. I have decent credit, I drive a basic sedan with a 4 cylinder engine, never had a lapse in insurance and never had a claim. My record is clean never a ticket! The only other driver in my household has their own insurance and does not drive my vehicle so I don't know how GEICO justifies such a high price. I'll stay with my current company. They did offer if I changed my coverage amounts they would be comparable to my current company however i would have had the state minimum coverage. I have a much higher amount of coverage with my current company. No thank you GEICO.

I recently signed up for auto insurance and got a good quote. Everything was fine, all I had left to do was sign an electronic document which i signed within 3 days. My insurance agent told me I had 30 days to sign this document, however they still billed me for not signing the document. I then spent hours on the phone trying to get an agent to resolve this problem and haven't heard back from a single agent who can help. The customer service is extremely poor.

Honestly I can't be more happy i went with geico. I did an online quote, got a call from Michael the next day and within 20 mins I had everything set up. The staff here is professional and courteous and really make every effort to help set you up with the best plan for your lifestyle while not upsetting stuff you don't need. 10/10

Service is great. I love the Bianco pizza. It's the first pizza I found the best Stromboli’s and the pizza I have found that I like. Prices are very good
