Great job guys, you replaced a wheel seal and rotors on one of my trucks after another shop completely damaged them. And you did it for a great price. Will definitely use you guys again in the future. The best part is you guys did it for even less than you had quoted me.
Great Customer service! I have been a customer since 1989 ( when it was Harvey Mack) Bergey's has made it better. Bought New trucks, had service and buy parts daily since I am restoring a 2004 CV713, Bill Smith in service has been super helpful with my New 2019 GU and has answered many questions regarding my restoration process, he always goes out of his way to be helpful. Everyone in the parts department is great, especially Larry, Mike and Rich. Larry has gone above the call of duty to help me with some difficult parts to find. Jim Whitlock in sales has always been a super salesman and a down right good person. Keep up the good work guys!
For a dealership to tell you not sure if they can do something is a bit scary.....but could have been a new guy....
Great staff here. They dont take all day on your truck. They find the issue and get straight to work on it. Love the place and would recommend it to anyone in the area
