as the owner of a repair facilaty i could not recomend this manufacture . we perform warranty work for about have the industry [NEWMAR,TIFFAN, JAYCO,,,] .we did for nexus as well ,but slow or no pay on warranty work . time for parts and proper parts .evan having autherization and parts shipped to you do not a guarantee. verble ok from them is wothless . i have a lot of customers inquire about manufactures and i base my response on how service is handled ,they want trouble free and to know they will be taken care of.after 27 years in the industry this is usualy a sign of internal trouble. buyer beware .
