In this crazy world that we live in it's really difficult to have any type of customer and company contact. Tesla has truly done a great job at making the whole service experience touchless. Yet you do see employees around the service center and if you do ask them the question they will help you. They originally tried canceling my appointment in the morning but then realize that I was driving on a long vacation on Monday and allowed me to come into at least get the basic necessities done. I was very appreciative and they were super helpful

Shelly is fantastic, honestly these guys are really great. Much better service than when I went to go pick up my car in New York
