Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Don't go there a lot, but I have never had a problem and will always go back for my lawn mower parts and service .

Just want to thank the staff at Suburban Lawn, for the great customer service that we have got during every call or visit! We would also like to than the team with in the Pro Shop as well. They always try to get us in and out as quickly as they can!
I had a chainsaw I recently purchased at SubLawn and it went underwater in my garage during the storm. I brought it in to the shop and rather than put it in the queue for a 4 or more day repair job, the associate there, seeing it wasn't that big a job, repaired in right at the counter. He was nice, expert, and patient. It was truly superior customer service. I forgot to get his name, but he works the far left (north) counter spot. Great place to buy lawn equipment, I trust them with my lawn equipment needs.
