It’s so unfortunate that I have had to leave a negative review for a travel agency in Delaware. although my big sis destination wedding ended up being BEAUTIFUL and I’m sure her guest enjoyed themselves I am not pleased with this company! The level of professionalism and service shown to me has been piss poor. When I first booked my trip the owner appeared as if she had an attitude or problem with the many questions I had regarding pricing and airfare and different dates. After that I still booked my trip with them. After the increase of death tolls at the destination I was going to I decided to cancel. The owner told me I processed your full refund you should receive within 21 days. It is now day 31 and I HAVE NOT received my refund. I am being told excuse after excuse after excuse as to why I don’t have it such as a check was mailed to the agency, the check was mailed to me, she has no service to send it via cash app, cash app blocked her card, the agency is closed this week so I cannot go there to get my funds. This is very unprofessional and it’s clear that sending my refund was NOT a priority before this company went on a “week vacation to a location with poor service” I am very disappointed and will let people in the Tristate area know to be careful if they did decide to use this company.
