Wonderful Theatre!
Every staff member was mask compliant and so very helpful. It is better now customer service and kindness then I have ever experienced in the last few years. Please, keep up the wonderful job.
Theater is cramped and the seats don’t recline. GTX surround sound was horrible.... speakers crackled and everything was rattling. We switched to a non-GTX theater and the sound was still too loud. My daughter had a panic attack from the volume and we had to leave (we’ve never had this issue at another movie theater ever). They gave me a refund on the tickets, but I was stuck with the 27 bucks worth of snacks I bought for a movie I’m not going to watch. Wish I’d gone to the theater in Newark instead. I’m never coming back here again.
Miss the dollar movies already. They were fun. The MASK B.S. has gotta stop. I'm not coming back until you stop forcing us to wear a mask. Apparently this fake virus can get us in the lobby but not past their magical barrier in the theater. STOP FORCING US TO WEAR A MASK.
