I can't give a negative stars so 1 will have to do. Over the last few months, I have noticed a steady decline in service and longer wait times. They can't get orders right or take the 10 seconds to add sauce even if they ask you which you type you would like when you order. If the order is wrong you have better asked for a receipt, otherwise you have no proof the order is wrong. Case in point today I ordered online because the wait to order at the screen was more than 10 min. Substitutions where added and paid for ($1.20 for each substitution). I waited 15+ min between the screen and the window. When I got home were no (expensive) substitutions or sauce. So I called the location to complain. I was not able to contact management, the phone listed on Google and the website rang and rang each time and then went to what sounded like a fax number. Word of advice, just go straight to calling corporate.

The experience overall was okay. The customer service was great, but the line took forever and im confused why they only use one window when they have two? Also, they got my order wrong, but it took so long in line that I just was happy to get out. The food was good, though. If the order was right, I wouldn't have minded the wait as long.

First time here and took about 40 minutes to get my food with only five cars in line. Once I finally got to the window I found out they gave my food to the person in front of me. Spent my whole lunch break getting my food. Only plus was everything was actually correct in the bag.

I like Taco Bell. Of course they're not a true Mexican restaurant, but good for when you're on the go. I wish they had the edible bowls.

The 3rd time I've gone to this drive thru & get home with incorrect order. I have let the others times go, chalked up to them being busy. Today, there was one person in front of me & no one behind. Although being busy is No excuse for bad customer service & lack of focus. It is worst, when they're not busy. On top of that the phone line stays busy for hours. I've tried to get through repeatedly. I'm thinking taking my money & not providing what was ordered was on purpose, it's been happening consistently. Spoke w/a few others who've experienced the same.
