I was late one time paying my bill online all because when u pay online you have to remember to hit the finish button at bottom of the second page. Mind you the first page after you hit complete you go too the second page and at the top of this page it says thank you for your payment. I thought ok I am done. Apparently not....week before my next bill two men is out shutting off my electric. Thankful they both were nice one told me about that second page at the bottom finish button will complete your entire transaction so I went back online and made payment. I moved here a few years back their old website to pay the bill was very easy for making payment. This new website IS A YES TRUE RIP-OFF.....

This town will rip you off on their utilities gas and electric.Warning don't live there!
