Kay Jewelers in Middletown, Delaware promised our wedding band would be sized and back before our wedding day. The day before our wedding, we go to pick up the band and find out it was never ordered. Then they tried to offer us smaller band to borrow as a symbol for our wedding rings. Horrible service, do not recommend.
