This school is a wonderful school I have learned a lot attending here. The dental program is amazing I would suggest anyone that what to be a dental assistant to attend this school.

The best school to go to if you want to become a dental assistant. Teaches you ins and outs, and they really do care about your future!

I was interested in the MT program there. The admissions rep I spoke with was very nice and thorough. She took me on a tour and introduced me to several people, but the atmosphere at the school was too casual (unprofessional). The admissions rep was helping me see if I could start the program this Fall even though I was interested in starting it next Fall and I had to go through the financial aid process to see if I qualified for anything. The financial aid rep was ghetto and too comfortable. She acted like a frenemy. Too many compliments to me too soon, a lot of slang and aggressiveness and passed too much judgement. She got mad when I found out how much I would need to pay starting next week and declined to start the program. Very immature and lack of problem solving. I reported this to the Education Director in Dover and she kindly said she forwarded my concerns to her manager. I wish the gap between the rich and the poor was closed so we would not have uneducated people in jobs.

Teachers do care, but the student body is varied and there are a lot of troubled individuals enroll. The way classes are set up if you miss a few days due to an illness or injury you have to repeat the class(es) you were in. Meaning the 9 month daytime program can turn into a year and a half real quick. If you have to repeat a course you are charged extra. a $10,000 course can turn into a $18,000 debt. When making payments at the school always always always have a receipt and be prepared to prove that you have paid. It is a sure bet that you will get a notice in the mail that you are past due three to four months even though you have paid.

Such a waist of money! Did not learn in the class rooms the skills needed to apply in offices! Find a better trade school that can offer more and offer certifications! A lot of fighting went on as well! Financial Aid ladies were rude along with some of the staff!
