He was very professional and knowledgeable and I feel that I got the amount for my gold that was fair. Then I went back the next day with silver and was again treated with respect and kindness. I always come here well before 6 and the sign says open..and here we are its 5:50 open sign is flashing and place is closed.

They would tell you they will hold your precious gold for 40 days but sell it behind your back.
