Dr. Amanda Matthew is a wonderful, knowledgeable dentist that truly cares about her patients. She has been my dentist for years and I happily found and followed her to her new practice. She provides dental services well beyond any I’ve ever had from any other dentist. She has a great chair-side manner about her and explains everything she is doing along the way. If you don’t like going to the dentist, rest assured that Dr. Matthews will set your mind at ease.nI have also spoken on the phone with Marie numerous times, she is welcoming and a pleasure to talk to.nDr. Matthews has a great staff that complement her style with a pleasant atmosphere.
I always get a bit nervous when it comes to going to the dentist. It's something about the vulnerability of having someone else messing around in my mouth that unsettles me. But the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and the doctors are consummate professionals.nnDr. Matthews was honest and very helpful in establishing a plan of action for my dental care, such that I really feel like I'm in good hands. It's was my first visit here so I just had a cleaning and checkup this time around, but next month I go in for fillings.
I’m a new patient to Exceptional Dentistry of Delaware, but want to complement Dr. Matthews and staff for their management of patient care on all fronts. They get 5 stars with their onboarding of a new client, actual office visit with the emphasis on staying safe, comfortable, and well informed. I only had a checkup and cleaning, but Dr. Matthews was extremely informative, not only about what she was doing, but taking time to review best practices for keeping my teeth healthy too. She was extremely professional, gentle, and caring.nnMy family and I have had great dentist for many years, but we just moved here and were lost on finding a dentist we could trust and feel comfortable with, especially at this time. I truly believe this practice is awesome, and one we will be partnering with on our dental needs for years to come.
Dr. Amanda Matthews is an excellent dentist and has high safety standards in her office. She explains everything to you which helps to calm your anxiety. She is careful, professional and knowledgeable. All her staff members are helpful, friendly and considerate.
I was referred here from another dentist I was pleased from the moment that I called to try to get an appointment to repair broken tooth quickly. Maria was fantastic very Pleasant on the phone and very helpful. Barb the dental assistant was very comforting made sure I was comfortable threw the hole Process. Dr. Bayley was fantastic he talked me through filling my tooth And he made me aware of anything that I could be experiencing after I highly recommend Dr. Bayley and his staff they are fantastic. And this is coming from someone that does not like the dentist
