Everything about my car buying experience at Pointe Buick GMC was EXCELLENT! I cannot say enough about the customer service that Scott Johnson provided throughout the process. He was professional and friendly at the same time. I didn’t feel like I was stuck at a dealer buying a car - I felt like I was hanging out with a friend buying a car. He made sure everything was seamless and stress free from beginning to end.nThe entire process was positive including my interactions with the finance guy Jeff Wagenschnur.nMy Thanx goes out to Pointe for having Awesome Employees and for a great purchase experience. I would recommend that anyone looking for top notch service and a great deal to head to Pointe Buick GMC.

I went to look for an SUV and worked with Tom & Jeff. This was the smoothest car buying process! They explained each step as we went through the process and it was a no pressure purchase. They gave me the best deal and backed it with data. Overall great experience!

What a great dealership. From the first contact to the final completion of sale, it was fantastic. Salesman Scott was great. He worked with me for several weeks while the vehicle that I was interested in was in transit to be delivered. Once the vehicle came in he was right on top of it and contacted me. After reviewing everything, it was going to take some time to get the vehicle ready. It was great. I am an hour away from the dealership so once the vehicle was ready, Scott delivered it to me. It was a pleasure to work with him. He was very responsive with all communication. I am very happy with how they handled the entire deal. I would highly recommend them others.

I had been searching for a vehicle that would suit my family's needs up and down. Scott Johnson was the man that helped me achieve that goal. Truly professional. It took a few vehicles to find the right one, but we found it. Awd, comfortable, newer, drives amazing, financing was easy, I could go on and on. I highly recommend this dealership.

With having to bring our almost 2 year old along we could not have been more grateful with how accommodating everyone was at the dealership. We dealt with Tom, he was great and patient with us. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to check them out!
