This store looks really nice when you walk in and the book selection seems fine. However my family was really hungry so we went right to the cafe to get some food. The “lady” working at the cafe (grey hair shaved head except for a pony tail on top) was extremely rude for no reason and at all and when I told her she was being rude she got EVEN ruder which I didn’t know was possible. Then I told an employee at the front register what had happened and that I needed to speak to a manager and she was rude about it too! The manager, thankfully, was very nice, but I certainly won’t be going back to this location. From the other reviews here it seems like I’m not the only one to have this experience.

First time I'd been to the new location and it was great. Clean and organized (as all of these places are) but maybe by the outside you wouldn't realize it. Inside there's a cute cafe and the staff is so nice. Would definitely go back!

No one offered to assist me and the only person I could find working was in the cafe and at the cash register, neither of which were friendly.nI purchased 3 paperback novels for vacation reading.nThe cafe serves Starbucks coffee but don’t be fooled... this is not a Starbucks. You won’t get service with a smile & your cappuccino will taste like garbage.nHubby & I were excited to walk around the store and remember the sweet smell of fresh books. But we won’t be back :(

Very clean interior, very spacious and calming. They have a deep pool of books to check out.

Great literary selection, helpful and friendly staff, café with tasty treats and refreshing drinks—Barnes & Noble has it all! They also have good measures in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
