Lori, Cassie, Esther and Diane are an amazing group of women that have greatly assisted in the transformation of our business model. Our cleaning clients are now welcomed with a live, highly professional receptionist that cradles their phone call until all of their needs have been met...allowing our staff to focus on all of the other day to day tasks. Additionally, having the ability to book and access their in-house resources including the conference room, kitchen and reception area further improves our business relationship with new hires, staff and partners alike. We have witnessed firsthand that this virtual relationship not only improves our company's operations but clearly surpasses our client and staff expectations, everyday!

STAT Office Solutions is one of the best you would find in the US if you are looking for reliable virtual office solution providers for your business. I have been associated with them since April 2010 and I live out of the country almost 10 months in a year, and yet I have not missed a single mail or correspondence until today. That meticulous and prompt they are in forwarding everything to me overseas in such a timely manner. And, they are the most trustworthy and reliable people you would ever find. None of this is a surprise to me because the operations at their Wilmington, DE office is so ably managed by Linda Grund, and you wouldn't find a better office manager than her ever. She is so kind, courteous, outstanding, friendly, and yet extremely efficient! Kudos to STAT Office Solutions and Linda! How I wish you had a branch in Solon, OH too!

STAT office space is convenient to downtown Wilmington, and has opened up my business to a broad range of opportunities - clients, networking, and support with marketing and legal. The staff is super-friendly, the offices are quiet, and the price represents excellent value. Highly recommended.
