I wouldn't give any stars if I could. VERY, unprofessional, don't know what the heck they're doing and don't know how to run a business. I booked my wedding venue with them, months down the line they decided to add additional charges that we didn't agree to. I said no, we're not paying extra and that was that. Again, a couple moths later the lady tried to add more charges and I said no I'm not paying extra for anything that we did not agree to. They were wanting to charge for every little thing. The owner and his wife were never on the same page and always told us two different things on charges. I decided to cancel our booking as i did want a huge bill on the day of my wedding with additional charges. I was expecting them to keep the $300 cancellation fee, but instead they kept $500. This was never the agreement!!! I'm very angry that we were scammed out of more money! I'd advise anyone to NEVER do business with these shady people!!!!! They can't be trusted and don't honor anything they say!!!
Worse place anyone can go to get party goods.. I went for a pinata and when I spoke to the owner he said it was going to be great and huge, picture perfect. . But what I got was a box with a picture on it literally. I will never go back or refer anyone. DON'T GO THERE.!
Horrible, this is the second time I rent a karaoke machine. Last year, and the microphones were broken. Then today, and the keypad is broken. The keys are stuck... I called and of course they are closed.
