I spoke to Elizabeth Reed on the phone and she was incredibly rude and did not even attempt to understand my situation. It is a shame she is the director of these services and speaks to students in the way she does. I am sure if I was a parent or peer of hers, she would have treated me in a kinder manner. Unfortunately, after speaking to her I felt discouraged, not understood, and disrespected.
