High rent, poor quality, bugs everywhere, snakes in the apartments, loud neighbors, poor ventilation, extreme dust, bad appliances, tubbwas flaking off and had holes, vanity was broken (which I was charged for). My least favorite place I've lived. Be very careful about the length of your lease. If you have to break it they will make you pay the excess, a bizarre policy compared to everywhere else I've lived. I had to move for a position to respond to COVID-19, I even offered to find a replacement and gave them two months notice. Nope. They are very manipulative and will weasel any money they can from you, hide your listing on the map portion of their leasing page which can only be found on certain browsers, buried deep, so that other apartments are leased first. Most unprofessional experience I've had with an apartment complex, and I've lived in many.

They get a hard query of your credit history. They ruin your credit score. I suggest that you do not apply for this place at all. In the application form, they do not say anything about hard query (Soft query is common not hard one). You only notice the hard query when you check your credit score. Very disappointed.

Valentina was great. She really did an amazing job helping us find exactly what we wanted at the best possible price. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

Far away from campus. But there is a shuttle stop which operates pretty frequently in weekdays. The management is good and the best part is the ambiance filled with pine trees and a beautiful reservoir placed uphill. Could fancy some deer spotting at early morning.

I moved to Newark about 10 months ago and I've been living here from the beginning. I love this place so much. Best apartment anyone could ever ask for. First, It is very clean and cozy and I love it. Second, it is on UD bus route which is amazing. Third, It is right next-to Reservoir which is so beautiful and I can walk and run there anytime I want. Forth, the maintenance are so quick and they clean after they fix anything. Anytime I left message about any problem they came to fix the problem (Within the time period that I asked them to come). Fifth, many parks are around this area for hiking and biking. Sixth, it is very safe... I have left the door open many times without being aware and nothing happened. Seventh, The neighborhood is great. And many more positive things. My experience here has been nothing but amazing. I am planning to extend my contract. I'll update my comment if I see anything new.
