We were able to get my granson to ride a horse. They have a petting zoo of pigs, goats, etc. We look forward to our next visit and taking apples for the horses.
Saddles of Joy is a beautiful organization with a beautiful mission. How can you have a better mission than equine therapy for those who need it?
What a wonderful day! My kids got to see farm animals and ride a horse for the first time! I can't wait till my back is fixed so I can ride again! After 16 years away from horses, just being able to be around them for an hour and pet them was very soothing and therapeutic. It helped to calm my fears for my surgery!
