Great people, great service. Never a problem.
Worst customer service! I called and asked specific questions about the prescription sent in the pharmacist I spoke to answered all my questions incorrectly and I was not given the correct med. When I got there and was speaking to a pharmacist face to face I was told that my provider cannot request certain brands (I need a specific manufacturer because that is what works for me) and that it needs to go to someone else to approve which would not be happening (great!) But the reason the prices are so cheap is because they keep the worst brand of generic in stock.. may not be for all meds but for the one I take its the worst on the market right now.
The pharmacist is nice but slow. They really need to get someone to run the register. Their prices can’t be beat if you don’t have insurance.
three ladies couldnt get the three simple medicine right away, there is no one but me and i have wait for an hour. They were just talking to other, not doing work at all. I have no idea why acme hire someone like that.
Worst services, slow and worst staffs ever seen!!! Highly recommend not come to this pharmacy!
