If I could give negative stars I would. This place NEVER has enough employees on duty. I stood in line 45 min 2 weeks ago to fill out a simple form to have mail forwarded from my pobox to my home. I came back today because I haven't had any forwarded mail. Our box was packed. Now I'm in line again. It's already been 10 min and I'm the 3rd in line outside of the lobby!! Government efficiency at it's finest.
Thoroughly deserves it's rating. I visited here ONCE and I could see everyone's complaints with this post office. Not to mention that scheduled pickups weren't done when they confirmed via email that the package had been picked up - I went to drop off a package at this post office. They didn't even have to do anything but accept the package and couldn't even do that. She told me the packaging was wrong and that I wasn't allowed to use a priority mail envelope for a priority mail label. What?! I took it to another post office in PA and they had no problems. The package had no problem arriving to it's destination. The woman at the desk was so rude in telling me things too, and didn't even check that she might be wrong. Stay away.

Luckily we've ALWAYS had the best mail man who has helped us with everything from buying stamps to helping guide us with any problem we have had through out the years.
I regretted the shipping I made here today. They did not accept the barcode shipping that Amazon.com sold ($ 18), they bought me exactly $ 100. I have declared to them that my English is not good and that it is the first time I used the shipping service in America. I would definitely not want you to choose it again, why? because UPS accepted my shipment ($ 14) and made my shipment. for the same product and more distance. thanks UPS, You made me feel at home. !!!!
