I have always had the best experiences with the city of Newark Electric Dept. Lois in particular, is exceptional and always so helpful! Thank you so much for a stress-free experience, and explaining everything! Truly appreciate it!!

The line from the pole to our home was damaged, and they came out within an hour, and had it fixed within two hours. The workers were friendly and were very willing to answer questions and explain everything.

The women who work here are by far the most unprofessional, caddy and condescending women on EARTH. They are the holy-ones of parking tickets and will literally parent you about how many tickets you have/payments/ UNRELATED traffic tickets in different counties or comment on things on your record that have nothing to do with the situation at hand, unsolicited. They have an attitude when the judge rules in your favor and works with you on your tickets. They all need to be fired, honestly.
